✔︎ Completed projects in 5 locations in 16 months. ✔︎ Implemented standardization in operations and systems resulting in flexible reconfiguration of production lines. ✔︎ At one factory, the number of man-hours spent on the shipping floor per day was reduced by 24 minutes.
